*Due to the contracting and credentialing process being individual to each company and provider, timing of adding these insurance providers is beyond our control, Therefore, the effective dates of when we can see patients and have the ability to bill your insurance does vary.  We do offer out of pocket reduced fees as an option if able or desired. Our office staff will be happy to answer questions you may have and will be able to assist you.

 

**Due to the high volume of calls, we are disappointed to relay that due to a Kaiser Permanente company policy in our area, there is and has been a freeze on any new contracts for external providers for the Kaiser HMO/core policy as they are internalizing their services. We are currently only able to accept the Kaiser PPO plan (excluding ELECT PPO). Feel free to contact your Kaiser customer service department and express your concerns.
